Amy Byler doesn’t know it yet, but she truly is a super Mom!
Working full time to keep the house afloat, while raising two children on her own. Until her absent husband shows up after three years! Offering to take care of the children for a time. Hoping to mend the lost relationships. Amy uses this as a moment to escape Pennsylvania and head to the big city of New York. Where she can explore a new…. or shall I say hidden personality.
Spending time in the city that never sleeps may have been the best thing for Amy in a very long time!
Unit she starts feeling the guilt settle in when she has to make a very important decision. Does she want nothing more than to go home… back to reality, or for this fairy-tale to never end.
When an emergency at home helps Amy make that decision instantly! …Leaving this new episode of her life far behind.
5 out of 5 Stars!
Such a delightful read!
Adorable, fuzzy and incredibly refreshing… it will melt your heart!
Amy and her two kids are the absolute perfect trio! And each character in this novel will find a way to nuzzle into your heart.
Any Mother, single or not can relate to Amy Byler. I don’t think I have ever met a Mom that would say no to such an enchanting holiday as this…. I could only dream!
Kelly Harms has created such a encouraging read with “The Overdue Life of Amy Byler”. Taking time for yourself is never easy when you’re a Mother. Your children become your whole entire world. But know that you can and don’t feel the guilt!
